Our Rowing Programs Are Open and Inclusive to All Middle School and High School Age Youth Including:

  • Recreational Development

Indoor Rowing 

A Great Way to Learn the Proper Rowing Technique and Great Fitness is at Indoor Ergometer Rowing Classes:

  • Held at Palm Coast Community Ctr. 

  • Weekly Classes for beginners

  • Youth and Adult 

  • Held September through May

  • Rowing Videos, Fun, Meet People

Adult Programs

Rowing is one of the best sports for lifelong fitness and fun.  Adults from their 20's to 80 row with PCRC in a variety of individual and group rowing options.

  • Both sculling and sweep offered
