Youth Programs

Our Rowing Programs Are Open and Inclusive to All Middle School and High School Age Youth.  Currently these programs offer limited rowing activity.  Please contact us to review if what we offer will meet your desires for youth rowing.​

Indoor Rowing 

A Great Way to Learn the Proper Rowing Technique and Great Fitness is at Indoor Ergometer Rowing Classes:

  • Held at Palm Coast Community Ctr. 

  • Weekly Classes for beginners

  • Youth and Adult 

  • Held November through May

  • Rowing Videos, Fun, Meet People

Adult Programs

Rowing is one of the best sports for lifelong fitness and fun.  Adults from their 20's to 80 row with PCRC in a variety of individual and group rowing options.

  • Both sculling and sweep offered 

  • Independent and group rowing

  • Learn-to-row

  • Mentor training
