Service Description

Indoor Rowing or "Erging" is a great way to develop fitness, strength, stamina and learn the proper rowing technique that can be used in on the water rowing. It is also lots of fun and you meet great people. Join the PCRC on Thursday afternoons from November to May for Indoor Rowing classes.
